Barre classes

Barre is one of our most popular classes and it's easy to see why.

Combining the body conditioning of ballet, the gentle strength training of Pilates and the deep stretching of yoga, barre is a total body workout that's both low-impact and genuinely challenging. You'll leave with longer, leaner muscles and a proper sense of achievement.

Pre and postnatal classes

We have a wonderful and growing pre and postnatal community at Well & Good.

Our specialist classes are run by qualified instructors who understand exactly what your body needs at every stage, from pregnancy right through to recovery after birth. Babies are welcome at our postnatal classes.
