Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the start time free of charge. We do not issue refunds, but will credit your account with the relevant session amount for use another time.
Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours before the start time) and No Shows will forfeit the class booking fee. Members will be charged a £5 penalty fee.
Well & Good reserves the right to amend class times and prices but will always provide fair warning in advance, and will contact you at least two hours in advance if a class needs to be cancelled.
