We're so excited to introduce our new Paint & Sip evening, hosted by the lovely Becky from Arty Party. If you fancy an evening to unwind and get creative, this is for you!
Come along with friends (perfect for a 'Galentines' get together!) or come alone and meet new people, in a relaxed, enjoyable and creative environment. No experience necessary, in fact, the more relaxed and less experienced you are, the more fun there is to be had! A guaranteed evening of laughter, colour and good vibes.
You'll receive a canvas and all the paints and materials needed to create your unique painting with lots of tips and guidance given along the way. All drinks included - there will be Prosecco, wine and soft drinks on offer - and some snacks and sweet treats too.

Join us for our super popular Postnatal Strength with the brilliant Emily @themidwifept - this time it’s a slightly shorter 4-week course.

💪 The course will be taught by the wonderful Emily Pullan, AKA @themidwifept who not only specialises in pre and postnatal fitness but is also an NHS Midwife.
🌟 The 4-week course is specifically designed to help you recover from childbirth and get back into exercise safely and effectively under Emily’s expert guidance.
🌟 You will focus on rebuilding strength, core stability, and pelvic floor function while addressing postpartum concerns - all while getting fitter and having fun with other new mums!
🌟 Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, please make sure to get the all clear from your GP or Mummy MOT before you start classes.
🌟As classes progress, you will build core strength and revitalise yourself, hopefully leaving you feeling energised and ready to face the demands of new motherhood!

Join Emily for this five-week course specifically designed to allow you to safely exercise to regain your strength, pelvic floor and deep core, with or without your baby by your side.
This course aim will provide you with the foundational strength needed to get you feeling like yourself again, alongside other new mums.
Postnatal yoga is a brilliant form of self-care to enable you to re-connect, heal, and re-strengthen your postpartum body.
Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, please make sure to get the all clear from your GP before you start classes, so exercises can be safely tailored.

You'll begin with a gorgeous 75-minute session with the wonderful Emily Richards, weaving together gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation - all thoughtfully designed to support your changing body, calm your nervous system, and help you truly exhale.
Afterwards, stay and linger. There’ll be drinks, nibbles, cake (always cake), and space to chat, connect, and be in the company of other mums who get it 🤍
Whether you’re growing a baby or navigating early motherhood, this is your invitation to feel held, supported, and deeply cared for.

Candlelit Sound Bath

As the season begins to shift, join us for a candlelit evening of deep rest and renewal. This nourishing Sound Bath is designed as a gentle spring reset - a chance to slow down, soften the nervous system, and realign body and mind.
Guided by the wonderful Annalisa, you’ll be led into relaxation through breathwork and meditation before being immersed in the healing vibrations of multi-phonic Tibetan bowls and alchemy crystal quartz. As sound waves ripple through the space, stress gently melts away, inviting you out of “doing mode” and into stillness. From here, clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of inner strength can naturally arise.
This is a supportive, intuitive practice - tuned to the energy of the group and each individual - allowing you to rest deeply and reset without force or effort.
What to expect:
• Grounding breathwork
• A guided meditation to settle the mind
• A full sound bath using Crystal Tones® alchemy crystal bowls and 7 Full Moon Tibetan bowls
• Time afterwards to sit quietly or connect over a cup of tea
