💪 The course will be taught by the wonderful Emily Pullan, AKA @themidwifept who not only specialises in pre and postnatal fitness but is also an NHS Midwife.

🌟 The 6-week course is specifically designed to help you recover from childbirth and get back into exercise safely and effectively under Emily’s expert guidance.

🌟 You will focus on rebuilding strength, core stability, and pelvic floor function while addressing postpartum concerns - all while getting fitter and having fun with other new mums!

👶 Babies (pre-crawling) welcome too, so no need for childcare!

🌟 Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, please make sure to get the all clear from your GP or Mummy MOT before you start classes.

🌟As classes progress, you will build core strength and revitalise yourself, hopefully leaving you feeling energised and ready to face the demands of new motherhood!

👉 Spaces for this one are very limited to give each of you enough individual attention, so if you’re keen, make sure you book your spot!


POTTERY & PROSECCO

🎨 We’re once again partnering with the fab @thepotterypantry for an evening of pottery painting, drinks and great company!

✨ If you fancy an evening to unwind and get creative, this is for you. You’ll choose from a selection of items to paint and we’ll sort the drinks! Easy as that.

🥂There will be Prosecco, wine and soft drinks on offer (Pottery and Prosecco just sounded better for the alliteration!).

Join Emily for this six-week course specifically designed to allow you to safely exercise to regain your strength, pelvic floor and deep core, with or without your baby by your side.

This course aim will provide you with the foundational strength needed to get you feeling like yourself again, alongside other new mums.

Postnatal yoga is a brilliant form of self-care to enable you to re-connect, heal, and re-strengthen your postpartum body.

Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, please make sure to get the all clear from your GP before you start classes, so exercises can be safely tailored.

Annie is a Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath & yoga teacher who brings a deeply personal perspective to her work — having lived with chronic illness (Rheumatoid Arthritis & ME/CFS) since her teens. From being told she’d be in a wheelchair by 30 to healing through good food & movement, she's now back leading an active life, without chronic pain & reliance on pharmaceutical drugs. Her journey inspired her integrative, root-cause approach to health. She now supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, fuelling movement they enjoy, & creating long-term wellbeing from the inside out.
